Divisions: contracting, trading and supply, and manpower.

Organisation

One team, from
tender to maintenance.

Nexom is run as a single contracting organisation. Every function below reports into the same management, so design, procurement, site and handover never lose sight of one another.

Management

Board and general management set direction, approve resources and own client relationships, quality and safety performance.

Projects and engineering

Electro-mechanical and civil engineers, a projects coordinator and draftsmen plan the works, prepare shop drawings, BIM models and submittals, and lead approvals.

Site operations

Site supervisors and foremen lead our own electricians, plumbers, duct men, pipe fitters and civil crews on every shift.

Procurement and trading

Sources materials and equipment from trusted manufacturers and matches every delivery to the approved submittal.

Quality, health, safety and environment

Runs the management system, inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks, and keeps the policies in this document working on site.

HR, administration and finance

Recruitment, manpower mobilisation, payroll, compliance and accounts, so crews arrive qualified, documented and on time.

Construction crew lined up on a large open site

Engineers, supervisors and trades on our own payroll, backed by a manpower division for peak programmes.

Project approach

From requirement to handover,
and long after.

One team carries the project through every stage, so nothing is lost between design, approvals, site and maintenance.

Plan

Requirement analysis

We start on site and with your documents, defining scope, constraints and the standards the work must meet.

Design and building engineering

Shop drawings, coordination and BIM models resolve clashes before anything is ordered or installed.

Procurement

Materials, equipment and manpower are sourced through our trading division and trusted manufacturers, matched to approved submittals.

Authority approvals

We prepare and follow through submissions to Kahramaa, Qatar Civil Defence and the other authorities involved.

Build

Installation

Our own supervisors and trades install to the approved drawings, with safety managed on every shift.

Testing and commissioning

Every system is tested, witnessed and commissioned against its specification.

Delivery

Snags are closed out and the works are completed to programme.

Sustain

Project handover

As-built drawings, O&M manuals and asset data are handed over with the building.

Maintenance and support

Maintenance contracts and on-call support keep the systems performing long after handover.
